At PahalwanSupplements.in, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and clear images of the product must be shared as proof.
  • The product must remain unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
  • Incorrect address provided by customer.
  • Products purchased during special sale/clearance (unless damaged).

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us (if requested).
  • After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@pahalwansupplements.in
  • Share order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

6. Late or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider.
